Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the public website at revolutioned.ai (this “Site”), operated by iCode Technologies LLC (“RevolutionEd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What This Site Is

This Site is an informational and marketing website that describes the RevolutionEd educational platform and provides links to sign in or request access.

The RevolutionEd platform is a separate application at admin.revolutioned.ai. Your use of the platform — including any account you create or are provisioned there — is governed by the in-platform User Agreement and the platform Privacy Policy, not by these Site Terms. Where they differ as to the platform, the in-platform User Agreement controls.

2. Who May Use the Platform (Schools, Educators, and Their Students)

RevolutionEd is a K-12, school-authorized service. Accounts are established for schools, administrators, and educators. Students do not sign up on their own; a school or teacher provisions and supervises student access (for example, through teacher-generated links/codes or approved roster/single-sign-on integrations).

A school’s authorized representative must have authority to bind the school and to authorize the collection and use of student information for educational purposes on behalf of parents, consistent with FERPA and the COPPA Schools Exception.

This marketing Site is intended for educators, administrators, parents, and other adults, and is not directed to children. Any use of the platform by students is authorized and supervised by their school.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. Among other things, you agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or circumvent the security of the Site;
  • infringe or violate the intellectual-property or other rights of RevolutionEd or others;
  • harass, abuse, or harm another person, or submit false or misleading information;
  • upload or transmit malware or other harmful code; or
  • scrape or harvest data at scale.

Platform-specific acceptable-use rules are set out in the in-platform User Agreement.

4. Accounts and Security

If you are provisioned an account on the platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account, and you agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.

Account terms are detailed in the in-platform User Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by iCode Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve our services.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may withdraw or amend the Site or its content at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCode Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes are subject to the courts located in Texas, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy (and, for platform use, the in-platform User Agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
